TikTok is launching its first NFT collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) featuring contributions from Grimes,Bella Poarch, Lil Nas X, and more.
The collection will feature six TikTok videos as one-of-Kind NFTs, as well as a set of limited edition NFTs inspired by major cultural moments from TikTok, the company said.
Lil Nas X’s NFT with collaboration with the artist Rudy Willingham is the first of six total, and is set for auction on 6th october ; the other five NFTs will sell in subsequent weeks.
In a press release, TikTok said it plans to showcase all six NFTs videos at an upcoming exhibit at the Museum of the Moving Image, in Queens, N.Y.

Now, fans can own a moment on TikTok that helped shape the internet while supporting some of their favorite creators,” Nick Tran, TikTok’s global head of marketing, said on Thursday. “We’re excited to see how our community and NFT communities engage with some of the internet’s most beloved cultural milestones.”
